Celebrate Natura 2000 on Crowle and Thorne Moors

Join Natural England staff and volunteers for guided walks, geo-caching and children's activities from 11am - 2pm. The IoAHC Project Team will be attending and helping out on the day. All events starting from Crowle Moors car park, off Dole Road, Crowle. Free entry - refreshments available. 11:15am walk to find out interesting plants on Thorne Moors. 12 noon general interest walk across Crowle and Thorne Moors. 12:30pm children's walk/bug hunt.

Waters’ Edge Visitor Centre and Country Park Wildlife Day 2017

Join the Isle of Axholme and Hatfield Chase Landscape Partnership for some exciting pond dipping activities at Waters' Edge Country Park in Barton upon Humber.  Every July the Visitor Centre and Country Park hosts a fantastic free family Wildlife Day. There will be lots going on, so stop by and speak to the project team about getting involved with the Landscape Partnership, whilst enjoying the wildlife themed activities.
