Crowle Peatland Railway Open Event
In September Crowle Peatland Railway will be opening up its doors for the public as part of the Heritage Open Days.
Come along and find out how they are working to preserve the local heritage of peat working on the Moors and have a peek at the three locos that were used to carry peat off the moors on a 3ft gauge railway.
A chance to find out about the progress of the project and plans for the future. The doors are open all weekend 10am till 4pm all for FREE.
Refreshments will also be available on site and dogs on leads are welcome.
