This Saturday join us at Hatfield Moors for the opening of the Late Neolithic Lindholme Trackway and Platform Reconstruction
The Lindholme Neolithic trackway and platform was first identified in 2004 and was investigated archaeologically in 2004-2006. A community of builders formed and built a replica of this monument on Hatfield Moors.

Ancient Crafts – all day – Discover the Neolithic with the UK’s most accurate and popular travelling display by James Dilley’s Ancient Craft. You can watch crafts like flintknapping (making stone tools), have a go at polishing a stone axe or grinding some Neolithic grain (Einkorn) @ trackway reconstruction site
Coring with Natural England – 13:00 – Explore the layers of peat with the NNR team. Meet @ trackway reconstruction site
